There is a leak on the drivers side, around the window. I, and anyone in the car, can hear it. I asked to have it fixed 3 times now and this last maintenance visit they said they could not find anything wrong. My Sonata was more soundproof then this Lexus. Very disappointing.

Nikolas went above and beyond with his customer service. He greeted me right when I got to the dealership and gave me a thorough explanation on what was going to be done. He serviced my car, changed the oil and even made it look beautiful by vacuuming out my mats. I was so excited and pleased when I got back to the dealership to pick it up within the hour.
