Scheduling was error-filled. Communication once you had my car was not great. Why did I have to call you to find out about when you were bringing my car back? Why do I call, ask for service, and then get transferred to someone who does not know my car’s status and has to transfer me again? Service work appears to be good. I was asked if I wanted my fob battery replaced, to which I said no, but they did it anyway. Did receive discount for scheduling issue. Will use you again but you did not seem organized.

The service of taking care of my car and the loaner and returning my car to my home was excellent what I do not appreciate is no one at your Lexus dealer is wearing a mask. This is not the Covid protocol suggested by the governor if you are in a public space your service people should be wearing masks. I am in the age group that needs to take extra precautions and your dealership is not providing that. In the future if my car does need service I will have to use the valet service of picking up my car and returning my car with no contact whatsoever. I do believe your dealership should check the Covid protocols so more people can come in and at least look at new cars. Thank you for your service it was very good but I don’t feel that I should be coming into the dealership at this time thank you
