Overall satisfied, however the detailing of the interior was lacking. The headliner on front passenger side has some spots that do not look like they were cleaned.

I made an appt and dropped my car off at 730 am to LOOK at my brakes.By 3 when I had not heard anything, I called. Scott told me they hadn’t looked at the car yet and could not guarantee it would be done that day. When I expressed my frustration he said it was delayed due to walkins & Waiters. I said I made an appt over a week ago, the waiters come after the appts, I need the use of my car. And then in a condescending tone informed me “that’s why we gave you the loaner” I had plans to travel out of town and found it very arrogant and rude for the dealership to ASSUME it was ok to keep my vehicle overnight without even checking with me!!! Somewhere in the conversation at 3p he told me the tech was just finishing up with yesterdays work - what?!?! You have no idea what people have going on in their lives and that is a very large assumption. If my vehicle wasn’t even looked at by 3, and the previous days work wasn’t completed yet - why did it have to be there by 730 am? I received info on recommendations about 545, meaning there was no way the repairs would be done the day the car was dropped off. Ultimately, I understand, **** happens. And if I had received a call that said “hey we are really behind, I apologize, would you like to leave your car overnight or pick it up and return it in the morning” I likely would not have minded. But to be TOLD You provided me with a rental car-ergo the service department can do what ever they please with my car - is outrageous!!!! And lastly - ask yourself this - would he have made the same assumptions and statements if I were a man?

It was 24 hours before I heard anything about my car. 3 calls to service went unanswered and no voice mail. Finally, the next day, the attendant put me through to Robert's voice mail. He returned my call shortly. I was also surprised at the 98 dollar charge for replacing wipers. I was told they needed to bd replaced but no cost estimate was provided. I'll replace them on my own if that's how much it costs to have Lexus fo it. Robert was very helpful in providing a loaner and dealing with my concern about an over sensitive alignment screen.

I like my vehicle; however, I have experienced a surge in excelleration on two different occasions which makes me slightly uncomfortable. Scott, the sales associate explained yo me that this is a common phenomenon. I’m just not sure that I am comfortable driving it like this.
