Nick failed to look at the history of my vehicle and told me my battery was bad and a new on would cost $280. I declined to have it replaced at that price. Before leaving I was talking to Scott and he checked and my battery was under full warranty. Also, Nick failed to tell Scott I was waiting on the vehicle and after my car was done I was not notified because Nick went to lunch.
