A concerning problem with one of my tires should have been found by whoever did my tire rotation. Hard to understand how this could have been missed.

I was advised that my vehicle was being washed. But when I picked it up there were multiple bugs on the window bird residue on my hood and dirt in different spots. It had been sprayed because there were water marks on all the windows. Also it’s frustrating to be told a heavy labor cost to replace my filters and then find out that somebody took the filters out inspected them put the dirty ones back in. If you’re taking them out anyway perhaps give me a better price for installing new ones.

Had a 7:30 am appointment for basically a tire rotation. About an hour and a half later, a technician out and said I need a new front and alignment. He said it’s about a 45 minute job. After another hour plus, he said the alignment was ok. The final bill was $500 plus which seemed for the service provide. I’m probably going to buy another NX but I think I’ll use Classic in Cleveland
