I called back after I picked up my car to ask him why my auto feature on my window was not working. He proceeded to tell me that was a different part and he could give me a price to replace it and when I said that it worked before I brought it in he said well your window goes up and down. It amazes me that neither your service person or your mechanic did not know that the auto feature needed to be reset AND he immediately wanted to replace a perfectly good part and make me pay for something that wasn’t BROKEN!!! People go to the dealership because they are supposed to be experts on the cars that they sell. I feel the service department is way worse than it used to be. This is my second bad experience in a month.

I just wish when they call me about other things to do with my car that they would know the pricing with my already purchased care package. They give me the price without that into consideration. If they look at my account they would be able to service my vehicle better.
