I was told replacing the fluids would take about 1 hour when it actually took that plus 45 minutes more which then made me late for my 12 pm appointment. I was not happy. Alan was super nice and very apologetic for the delay.

My Honda CRV was purchased in February 2019. It has approximately 1,300 miles with very limited use. We have had to have the battery recharged 3 times. The vehicle obviously has some sort of problem causing the battery to drain. I was treated very well by Bill your service representative however the problem has not been identified and I feel it is only a matter of time before I am left stranded somewhere. I am not comfortable just using a “wait and see” if we have an issue again. We thought we were purchasing a reliable vehicle versus a vehicle that makes me worry.
