Daniel is great. I had a little trouble understanding him on the phone because he talks really fast. Just might be nice to have car repairs explained slowly. But not a big deal.

Andrew was amazing. One of the best service agents thus far. I’ve had some bad experiences prior and I am not going to lie I was very upset when my husband and I didn’t get this problem solved the first visit. I just bought my husband out of his lease and a week later the car wouldn’t start. Took it in saw Andrew he said couldn’t find anything wrong. So 2 days later when the car wouldn’t start again I was like oh boy here we go. Andrew listened to me as was so frustrated and he was amazing. I told him keep the car an extra day or two just fix it. Turns out we had a cell in the battery that was not charging. I am so happy with his service and so grateful we got Andrew! He’s stuck with us forever.

The manufacturer defect (13-078) wasn’t fixed because I was out of some arbitrary time frame based on a settlement. I only have 73k miles on my 2010 car and I’m having engine issues Honda won’t take care of? I even spoke to American Honda and they said the local field officer made the decision. I would have done at least some of the additional suggested work. I thought Hondas were supposed to have the best engines on the market. I was wrong. I will be a detractor for the rest of my life for Honda vehicles. I have already started to warn everyone I talk to about this experience.
I was also told my air pressure was low(the light was on) and that they were properly filled. This was a lie. My car had the light on when I left. When I checked the air pressure they were lower than what they said on the work order I left with. Being lied to about this felt weird. I didn’t expect the air pressure to be set properly, but when I was told it was going to be I thought that was a good gesture. Then it wasn’t done. Weird. I also didn’t get a dealer car wash. Maybe Right Honda doesn’t do that, but other dealerships do. Maybe my mistake in all of this was coming to Right Honda. If I went to another dealership would they have gotten me warranty good will? All I know is that Right Honda did not.
