I appreciate being able to bring my car in to have it serviced in a reasonable amt of time and for a reasonable price. Everyone in the service dept is friendly and efficient, and Alan is great. The latte and the car wash are really nice bonuses. BTW, the switch from Fox News in the waiting rm is a HUGE plus, as the overall atmosphere is a lot less charged. On my last visit before you made that switch, I thought there might be a fistfight. My blood pressure and my peace of mind thank you!

Some sort of hardware that wasn’t needed
fell on floor and left there. Rear backup lights were
changed without my permission/knowledge charging me
$13.38. An inspection was performed without my knowledge.
I just came in for the recall and wiper blades.
I feel you took advantage of me.
