Service was good, but after I took my car, I noticed that now there is a new high pitched ratling sound on the passenger side that comes when I turn the A/C on. Not sure what it is, and why it came after the inspection and fluid replacements.

Fabian was friendly and knowledgeable. The parts department was fast and easily understood. Even the cashier was kind, friendly, and helpful. They were amazing. The sale and purchasing teams I did mind though. I didn’t mind when ‘George’ came over to try and buy my car. He took my no and left. I did mind when the older gentleman, who didn’t give me a name or card, came and then tried to sell me a new car and buy mine, after I told ‘George’ no. He kept trying to convence me even after I said no. It took multiple times of me telling him no before he would listen. That was very off putting, my first no ment nothing to him. I did not appreciate him leading me over to the sales floor either, even if it was just to talk. If I had wanted a different car, or a new one I would have let my first sales associate know, the one who sold me my car. I had to validate why I liked my car, as if the virtue of being mine wasn’t reason enough for me to love my car and keep it.

The answer is a qualified YES. The intentions were good, but I didn’t request an oil change. In the process my premium synthetic Amsoil, which only had about 4,000 miles on it, was replaced. I’m waiting for a follow-up call from your representative to confirm if the installed oil was regular oil, or a full synthetic oil?
