Everything went well until I went to drive away. My steering wheel and gear shift were covered with grime. I asked the service people for a wipe to clean them off. Only two people were responsive to my request. When I came back with a nearly black with grim wipe, which was white a minute before, only those two individuals even turned their heads to listen to me.
Customer service is so important these days. And the staff minus those two individuals, failed. One would think every one would be concerned about sending a customer off with a car dirtier than when she brought it in.
Chris was not involved in this. He did a good job.
