Express Service (tire pressure check) was going to be a 45 minute wait. I responded "seriously? Wow" He asked if I've been there before ("yes, our 5th car in 6 years)....to which he said, let me see what I can do. I was on my way in 15. Seemed like a pretty quiet time as there were 5 people in waiting area.
