Andrew did a great job with the service. I was really disappointed that I had to wait over 45 minutes for a shuttle. The estimate was 15 minutes when I arrived. I expect Honda to have more respect for their patrons time.

That night my rear driver side tire went completely flat. A huge construction nail punctured the tire. I see your showroom is under construction right next to the service drive. You might want to check there are no nails in your service driveway.
