Unfortunetly you can’t make an appt for service. It’s kinda like a 3 ring circus but everyone looked like they knew what they were doing and was checked on quite a few times by the greeters/valet . Once Bill had an idea regarding the sunroof issue he promptly got a loner car and thank goodness because the civic was there all day. So thank you Bill for your knowledge and awareness, communication that’s what brings a successful business together.
