Daniel was friendly and pleasant to talk to. He pointed out service needed based on car mileage (not in a pushy manner), offer current discounts available which I greatly appreciated that. Will definitely go back to Daniel Estrella for regular car maintenance.

Any battery warranty should apply to the most current battery, the one that most recently failed. It makes no sense to prorate the warranty based on a battery purchased prior to the installation of two newer batteries. Don't say the new battery is warrented for 100 months when the warrenty start period is retroactive to the purchase date of the battery replaced two batteries ago. You are creating bad feelings with this warranty process. The warranty should apply to the installed battery. If your concern is that you will end up providing free batteries, because most fail by 36 months, stop advertising 100 month warranties and shorten the warranty period.
