I want to be clear. The service provided by Daniel and the Honda Service Center was fantastic! However, your sales department has a very annoying habit of harassing people waiting for their cars to be serviced. I use the word harassing intentionally. I do not want someone trying to sell me another car or find out what I plan on doing with my current car while I’m waiting for my car to be serviced. I understand the people doing it are only following directions from their manager, but I still find it to be extraordinarily annoying. This is something that frequently occurs when I bring my car in to be serviced and is a reason I may decide not to come back again.

This was a terrible experience. The associate did not greet me when I walked in. I did not receive a call when my car was ready, so when I finally came back the service side was closed. The associates on the sales side were very rude and unhelpful. Finally, an associate who was rather sassy finally opened the garage and found my keys. I am deeply disappointed.
