My car was brought up and I had to wait 15 min to hear what work is recommended. 56 min is way to long for an oil change. Also I have never paid $50 for an oil change, that is crazy. Not happy!!!

I thought you guys come to waiting and tell customers that there’s are is ready what happen I sat there and sat there and sat there after I worked from 5 that morning till 330 and sat there tertiable service that day had questions and they never got answered I think I’ll start looking at another dealership

Tim Hatcher was professional and responsive to work with. My issue wasn’t the service he provided today, but the problem which he diagnosed with the electronic lock system was in your Service Department a number of times beginning in November 2017, BUT the record doesn’t show that even though the Service Guy we dealt with prior to Tim apparently never diagnosed it and failed note our dash light concerns. That is frustrating as the several times we had it there previously reporting the same issue, was well before the warranty was up!! Clearly we were not happy to find out the switch needed was over $400 to replace, which I chose to postpone. The problem should have been identified much estkier! Don Hanson

It would have been better if the technician had not overfilled the transmission not realizing that he was working on a hybrid. Eventually he got it done and I hope there are no long lasting issues because of this glitch. Lennon did a good jo b telling me about the problem that caused an additional hash hour delay in getting the job done.
