My car was washed, but not fully dried. So I ended up with water spots. Not a big deal. But maybe would appreciate the use of a shammy next time.

My experience left a lot to be desired. The cashier couldn’t explain my bill to me and the bill itself was incredibly unclear on what I was being charged for. Appreciate my tech for talking me through it but as soon as I get home I find out there were coupons that would’ve taken $25 off my bill (1/3 of the cost)! Understand you don’t want to wisely publicize it but as a first time customer i would have thought more would be done to make me want to come back. I’m pretty underwhelmed by the experience overall.
