The service person couldn’t even get off of his chair and come into the waiting area to tell me that a new starter was going to cost $700 .He called to tell me on my phone. I told him that I was going to go somewhere else cheaper and he said well you aren’t going to have Honda parts well my car is a 2014 with 33,000 miles on it you mean to tell me that Honda parts don’t last longer than that I’m very disappointed in Honda and probably won’t buy another

My svc rep was friendly and open abt the work we were going to do and suggestions of what I might consider for future visits (without being pushy). When I asked him abt some work another auto shop recommended he was able to explain why that work wasnt necessary yet.
I realize ur facility is under construction but your service waiting area could benefit by iffering free snacks, in addition to coffee. Many dealership service lobbies do.
