I brought in my car for two issues, only one of which was resolved and cost $3,500 to fix (the hybrid battery). For that amount of money, I would have expected a little more research to try and figure out the second issue of an annoying humming noise that is coming from the car. Yes, it was hard to determine when it happened and why and I was told they think they were able to hear it, but didn’t take any further action. A quick Internet search that I did later would have given them some more information that it might have something to do with a noise cancellation module to at least help diagnose the problem. Instead, I still have to deal with the issue after spending $3,500 and not feeling good about that money spent.
