Dear Right Toyota Service Team,
I wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent service visit, as I’ve generally had positive experiences with your dealership in the past. Today's visit was disappointing.
First, your staff member Michae S was professional, courteous, and helpful throughout the process.
My complaint is that even though I had made a 10am appointment, I arrived 10 minutes early for the service—which was nothing major—and it took 4 hours and 30 minutes! I believe it should have taken 2 hours at a maximum.
It appears to me that the appointments are WAY overbooked. Changes need to be made to the scheduling to expedite service for customers who make and arrive on time for appointments.
Also, what happened to the complimentary car wash? :-(
I value my time and choose Right Toyota because of the convenience and quality I’ve come to expect. I hope you’ll take this feedback constructively and consider adjustments to improve the appointment scheduling process for future visits.

I learned, after the fact, that I probably didn’t need a new battery. I should have been told to drive the car for a bit to see if the battery recharged (it had been sitting in the garage for several weeks not driven).

I am unsatisfied with the service I ask to have my tire pressure light to be check because it was came on even when the tires where inflated properly and it is still on and was not fixed i rented a car from you so that they could take the time and fix it but it is not it is still on i feel i wasted my time and money on getting it check out and rented a car.unhappy long time customer Dale S
