I absolutely appreciate the customers service Chris provides our family. We bring both of our Toyota's to Right Toyota and Chris is the reason I feel comfortable and trust using Toyota as our location for service.

I don’t like to make it a black or white thing, but this review apparently leaves to me no choice. I’ve been buying cars new since 1996, for whatever that’s worth, and the only thing that struck me is odd was that I had to wait in a line of cars. I already had an appointment. It would’ve been nice to just park my car, and bring the keys into the counter and leave. I didn’t have anything to report, I had no questions, and I already had an appointment for scheduled service to do some exact things. It wasn’t a long way, maybe 10 minutes in total, but I hadn’t budgeted for it. With that niggle out of the way, the staff was totally fine and as far as I know, the recall items were fixed appropriately. No issues there.

Took 15 minutes for the service provider to show up to check me in while other people went ahead. Also never showed up when I had to pickup the vehicle. If the provider isn’t going to be there then another one should be able to assist. It bad service to tell people they have to wait on one person, then hear they don’t know where he is, have other get checked in, and look at service providers standing around talking instead of helping.

Enrique was a cordial and professional gentleman. I am,however, very dissatisfied with the outrageous fee I was charged to replace the battery in my 2014 Toyota Camry hybrid. The cost to replace the battery was $305!!! Rediculous !!! I will now be taking my Camry and Prius to an independent repair service that specializes in Toyota repair and maintenance services.
