I have the Toyota care plus prepaid maintenance program and the platinum level vehicle service agreement. I was blown away to find out I owed more than 2 grand for "regular maintenance required."
Instead of talking with a manager to make sure system was accurately displaying my account info, I was sent on my way and told to call earnhardt.

I was mostly satisfied with my experience. Cody and staff were kind and communicative through the whole process. Repairs went well for the most part, but I was left with a big windshield crack on driver side that was not present before drop-off. Up to now, and still, I have been happy with Right Toyota, and have had great experiences with service center overall.
