I was told the 60K service would take 2 hrs. First I was surprised at the cost but as I had 58,355 miles I said to go ahead. About 3.5 hrs later I was finally told it would be about another 40 mins. I checked out of there 4.5 hrs later! This put me right in the rush hour traffic. I was disappointed to say the least and will now consider another facility.
