Michael was professional, polite and took the time to explain to me why this particular service for my leased vehicle would not be covered. He provided me with different options for service packages that save money over the next few years. When I decline and explained my current financial situation is a little tight, he respected that and did not try to sell me on the packages, which surprised me. It was refreshing to be at a car dealership and not be pressured to purchase something I currently can’t afford. The fact that he DIDN’T pressure me to buy the package, is why I will continue to do business with Right Toyota. Let me make this clear because Michael deserves credit for this. My next vehicle (leased or used) will be from Right Toyota because a member of their service team respected me and what I told him I could not purchase and did not try to sell me on something.
