I came in because of alarm issue. And few other things like door edge protectors pealing off, bed strap connectors breaking on first use. I felt like I was back at Larry miller Toyota getting F over again. After about hour half wait I was called by service rep. He told me edge protector was replaced and the connector on straps was replaced. When I asked him about alarm he told me I need to drive my truck over to Erwin to fix’s alarm. He told me I need to explain to Erwin about my alarm issues. Why ? Thats supposed to be his job. That’s was why I brought truck in. Lucky for me Erwin was a good person and understood. Mathew Rich is the most uncomfortable person to do business with. Then when he walked me to my truck he told me to give him a five start review. That was not going happen. Mathew Rich was very little to no help. I will never recommend him to anyone. Not sure if Mathew and his supervisor are there just to screw customers over but I find it hard to believe his supervision doesn’t know about his poor quality of service. Like I said he made me feel like I was back at Larry miller Toyota getting screwed over again. Unfortunately Right Toyota is where I bought truck. Can’t even get the sales guy to return my texts. This is the second vehicle we bought from right Toyota you would think we get treated better.

The technician and people who pull the cars back need to pay more attention. Sat for almost 3 hours for an oil change because the tech did the wrong car first. Technician on bill was Nathan from David banda’s team. David Banda tho 5/5

Tim’s knowledge and expertise regarding our Prius has been highly valued and appreciated.

1. I used shuttle. He told me the shuttle was just leaving and would pick me up in 15 minutes. That didn’t happen. Then later I get a text that the shuttle would pick me up in an hour. That didn’t happen. Then I got a text that the shuttle would be there in 40 minutes. Then I get a text that they would pick me up in 15 minutes. 2. When I arrived to pick up my car Jackson had someone at his desk. I waited in line about 10 minutes and finally realized Jackson was on his phone playing. I spoke up and realized the person in line in front of me was another Toyota employee who was also playing on his phone. I got a rude response when I interrupted Jackson telling me I just needed to speak up. Customer Service was a zero today.
