Roger has been my service advisor for probably a decade. It's very hard to come across one that's honest and can be trusted not to try and sell me services i don't need. As I handed my car to the service representative, he indicated that they were backed up 2 1/2 hours or so but he would try and get my car to me sooner. The car was returned about an hour later which is acceptable and much better than my last visit
