Out of 4-5 times since I bought my new vehicle directly from Neil Germundson, I have had 2 every unfortunate issues just trying to get my oil changed. That staff is run as an absolute SH!T show. I just had an appointment for 9:45 am on June 16th, dropped my vehicle off. I received a generic text stating my truck was still being serviced, but the inspection point report was available at 12:13pm. I did not ever hear back & chose to use Lyft to return to the dealer by about 5:30pm before close. Ironically, the person who did my intake, asked me to wait. I waited until they were free, & they then asked if I knew who served them, & responded, “You did. I’m the guy who told you your fly was down this morning.” He replied, “we’ve been waiting for you.” Once I explained myself, he took a moment to realize no one had contacted me. I simply asked if oil changes take from 9:45am to 6pm. While he was exceptionally polite, HOW DOES THIS HAPPEN?!? Worse… a gentleman followed me out to retrieve my vehicle, he approached me stating that he had dropped his off at 7am for an oil change & experienced the same thing. Look up that day & who checked out if you want!!!! I seriously consider what your business practices there are. I live 4 miles from there, which I have walked home from on my FIRST oil change, & now decided, I will NEVER EVER do ANY business whatsoever with RIGHT TOYOTA. JUST HORRENDOUS. Further, as a resident of North Scottsdale since my birth in 1976, I will make it a point to spread the word on my experiences there. I’m sure there are decent people who work there, & I truly feel sorry for how these individuals paint them & your business. -a disgusted, ill treated customer of a new 2024 Tundra that will never step foot on this property! PS: I’ve shared my experiences with friends from the Mesa Tribune, AZ Republic, & Fox News. Enjoy the press.

Roger is always great to work with. He is the only reason I take my truck to Right Toyota.

I had no problem at all with the advisor, Adrian. However, when I picked up my truck, There were papers and other items that were in my glove box that were just thrown on the floor. There was also a dirty red shop rag left on the passenger seat floor as well. Obviously, the technician changed the cabin filter and accessed my glove box to do so. However, he was extremely sloppy with putting items back in its place in the glove box.
