I really appreciated the patience from him while I tried to explain the Kia Connect app issue. It was something that easily could have been brushed off and pushed to yet another appointment, but he stuck with it and I am able to use that again. The best part was the quick communication back and forth throughout the day. Thank you!

Asked for oil change coupon & was told they were either mailed out to emailed. I did not receive one either way. The cashier did ask someone over her and answer was no. U have got to be kidding. Advised cashier that I didn’t not know I had a brake recall until I called for oil change appointment. At that time, I was asked if I wanted to schedule by recall the same time as my oil change. A brake recall is very scary. I would have called immediately to schedule. As most people know, there is a postal problem. Some areas don’t get mail for days or weeks. At any rate, the oil change coupon refusal has ruffled my feathers.
