No one informed me that my vehicle was ready to pick up. I called and hour before they closed, left a message and still got no call back. I had to wait till the following morning and get dropped off and ask if my vehicle was finished.

I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday August 19th. I dropped my vehicle off at close on Monday. I was unaware of a 48hr delay which left me without a vehicle for over a week.
