I waited for over 15 minutes and had to contact the manager to be addressed by the service advisor, TJ after being told by the greeter that I had arrived.
Additionally, upon picking up my truck, the front grill was not attached to the hood and I had to do it.
This is this worst service I have received from Bell Road Toyota.
