Waited 8.5 hours for a flat tire fix. I was told 3 different stories about what was happening. First it was a new tire, then waiting on insurance to approve a fix to the flat, then a new tire again and finally it should have been a fix but you waived the cost and gave me a new tire any way. Gets me thinking why I bought a maintenance policy if I still have to pay for everything and wait all day.

The TPMS light flashing wasn't diagnosed on the initial inspection despite being told about it causing us to have to come back the next day. Both services took entirely too long even though we had appointments both days. Day 1 (9a-2p): oil change and tire rotation. Day 2 (9a-6p): 1 TPMS sensor replacement.

I left multiple messages for this service agent. I requested a phone call with update in each instance and was never contacted. I was told that a service was performed and found that it had not been completed. I notified him via text message and voice message and was still not contacted! I find this completely and utterly unacceptable. I am VERY disappointed with this level of service support.

Ok, you asked and here it is... So, a few weeks ago I brought my vehicle in because the driver's side window would not go up, would go down, but not up unless I toggled the driver's side and passenger side windows then it would go up - that cost $1200+ 2 weeks later, I was at the mall and put the driver side window down and it would not go - 1 toggle, it went down and would not go up at all without toggling both windows - remember $1200+ dollars spent already. I filed a service appointment with Billy and before I brought it in the same issue happened 3x. I demonstrated the issue for Billy and he saw it. Left the vehicle with Toyota and apparently the mechanic tried to re-create the issue 30x with no failure. The relay was replaced again at the cost of another $500+ (these are approximate amounts for those who are particular) I was told that it was not covered under warranty because the mechanic could not 'duplicate' the issue so I had to pay to have it 'fixed' yet again. I suspect the previous installation was faulty and this was a CYI situation. I was also told that toggling the windows could ruin the relay (not exact words but close enough). So, the technician toggling the window 30x did nothing to my window but doing a few times ruined it - talk about hypocrisy. Therefore it was my fault and I had to pay the extra $500 even though the service manager, billy, witnessed the problem himself in person. I have owned my FJ for 14 years and never had a problem so being treated like a **** idiot was beyond the pale. I never had a problem with the window until recently. Don't even bother contacting me, I will be sharing my story far and wide. And I will be finding another place to have service and encouraging others to do the same. While Billy has tried to do a great job for me , you are not the same Toyota I trusted when I bought my FJ 14 years ago. Rest assured you will be getting advertising for said treatment. Richard was awesome! It was super busy, but I had my vehicle serviced in less time than I thought it would take. I had an alignment done and I lived the before and after pictures. That really gave me confidence about the work that was done. Thank you Bell Road Toyota!

Well to be completely honest I am beyond unsatisfied I went in to Bel Toyota for a simple oil change hour and 15 minutes went by text and called the number that I was sent to my phone to call or text if I have any questions I got no response I went outside my service attended nowhere to be found went back inside waiting another 45 minutes at this point it's two hours went back outside one of the young men that moved the cars up was gracious enough to go and ask me if I needed something I explained to him who I am and I'm waiting for my car and it's been over 2 hours he went and asked Alex Alex told him they were doing a inspection so the young man came and told me what Alex said even though Alex had seen me outside he never approached me or checked in with me I went where Alex was sitting down talking to his coworkers and asked him why they were doing an inspection and what kind of inspection this was. He replied that he told me it would be 2 hours to do my oil change and they're finishing up an inspection which I never authorized. The worst thing of all is that I got the multi-inspection sheet of what they check the off on and my four tires say they were at 36 all four when I saw the sheet and I looked at my tires pressure on the car they were 31.34-29-31. which is completely contradictory to what the inspection sheet said which tells me that they never did an inspection they just pretty much check things off and wrote what was best that's upsetting if you're going to waste my time by checking my car how can I trust you guys that you're doing it the right thing anyways do you have any questions give me a call cuz I'll gladly explain ****-****-xxxx

It took 3.5 hours to perform routine oil change, rotate tires, multi-point inspection, and battery check. In replacing the cabin air filter, the technician left stains on the leather passenger seat. After replacing the 12V battery, the floor mat was left folded instead of flat. There is no excuse for not cleaning the leather seat after replacing the cabin filter or protecting it before replacing the cabin filter.

Everything was great! Took longer than normal but I was warned it would. Just a note for the customer waiting area: the tv in the kids' room was off and it's usually playing cartoons like Bluey. I didn’t know who to ask to turn it on so it wasn’t on during our wait.

Not satisfied at all. Every time I come to this location I have bad experience with service people. For 30 mins oil change I have to leave my car for 2 days. The guy was saying there was a software issue and they had 10 cars ahead of me. What the software have to do with oil change. And what is the point of making appointment a week ago. And if you are running late why don't you call the customer and let them know so they don't come and drive 45 mins. Never going to come this location again.
