My service agent,Trey was pleasant, helpful, informative and polite. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the service equipment that resulted in my vehicle being held hostage over the weekend. I was provided with a rental vehicle at no cost to me. The service equipment issue was not the fault of my service agent. I was very happy with him.

When I got my vehicle the error code was still there. He told me the reason why it was a code. Because I had a hitch in the receiver. I went home and took it out, and the code is still there.

I would like to have the receipt broken down for me by the employee telling me what I'm paying for. Example, i paid for an oil change but i have lifetime oil changes for free. I would like to be told the oil change is free and what is still needed to be paid for so there is no confusion.

The service from the rep was great. I just don’t understand how an appointment lasts 2 hours for a 30 minute oil change service. I would think customers with Toyota care packages would get some kind of priority for service. But I arrive on time for my appointment then the vehicle doesn’t get into the service area until an hour later.

I was scheduled to pick up my vehicle last Friday and even took the day off work to do so. However, I was only notified that same day that a part needed to be replaced, which caused a significant delay. This was a big inconvenience and highlighted a serious lack of communication throughout the process. I would have appreciated being informed earlier so I could adjust my schedule accordingly.
