Could not schedule online? Drove 10 miles to schedule appt. Then, appt cancelled due to Bell’s chaos. 2nd appt ok, yet less than 24 hours later our car indicated 2 under inflated tires. Tire pressure obviously not checked. Also, extra long appt. Not what I expect from Bell Road Toyota, as a customer for over 10 years.

I recently brought my vehicle to this Toyota dealership for service and was told my serpentine belt needed replacing. I understand how important a serpentine belt is to a vehicle’s operation, but in my case, it only had two very small, minor cracks. The rest of the belt was in near-new condition. Despite this, the dealership made it sound as if it was on the verge of crumbling, which was misleading. I agreed to the work based on their recommendation, only to later realize the replacement was unnecessary.
I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience. As a customer, I trust a dealership to provide honest, accurate assessments of what my vehicle needs—not to suggest unnecessary work. This situation not only cost me money but also caused me to question the integrity of the service department.
I value transparency and trust when it comes to vehicle maintenance, and unfortunately, this visit has left me with serious doubts about returning in the future. I hope management will take this feedback seriously and address the issue so that other customers are not put in a similar position.
