The last two times the vehicle has been in for service, the promised time has been exceeded. Unfortunately with the last, I had no idea where we were at in the process, and after the promised time had been exceeded by two hours, no updates were given. I only knew that the vehicle was being worked on because the app notified me that the hood and doors were open.
The gentleman who was training, and recently came over from sales was kind and personable. He will be a good fit in the service department and I look forward to bringing the vehicle to him next time I schedule service.
The uber was appreciated.

Driveshaft joints did not get lubricated as asked. This is part of the service package I purchased for 3 oil changes, rotation, driveshaft lubrication while Mike Ross was still working there. My service advisor brushed off my request when I asked him to make sure it gets done. Then, at the end, he tried charging me for my pre paid service. The attention to detail is not what it used to be.
