My text from Bell confirming the appointment said my appointment was with Tim. Got there and Tim said he was done with appointments for the day and that I was now with Eduardo. Eduardo was nice but told me it would take 2 hours. That seemed long for a tire rotation and oil change but we went with it. Two hours later, Eduardo told me it would be another hour. We were done about 35 minutes later. Seems very long for routine maintenance when I came in with an appointment.

I brought a car in from my dealership and it was listed under my dealer name and they still charged me Full price for everything. I picked the car back up and paid there $195 diagnostic fee because they wanted to charge my dealership $2400 fo4 something that should of cost a dealer half of that. There is no courtesy from dealer to dealer and that's just plain GREEDY and and absolutely no courtesy at all. We will never buy our Toyota parts there ever again. You lost me and my dealership business. We will from now on buy from Larry Miller Toyota and spread the word to other dealers as well. 1 star ALL THE WAY!

Changed service from Camelback Toyota; great service and convenience of renting a loaner vehicle; great experience from scheduling to completion. Evanlee reviewed all of my service records before I arrived; kept me updated with progress and pricing; his colleagues jumped in to assist with the completion of the process. The assistant for the rental car was friendly, efficient, courteous. Definitely will return for service needs and potential purchase of a second vehicle.

It wasn't the service advisor it was the appointment setting I had no idea I would have to wait almost 3 hours for an oil change. Never have I had to do that when an appointment is set. That should be my time spot, they also did not have my oil had to wait for it to be delivered. Not what I'm use to from Lithia but I do not put his on the service advisor he was very apologetic.

I appreciate that Alan was able to get my oil change done under an expired package I had purchased previously. What I didn’t like was that I barely got my car home afterwards because it started making a whining sound and the power steering went out. I took it into a shop this morning and they had to replace the alternator and the drive belt. I feel like this should have been caught by the technician that was servicing my vehicle yesterday afternoon and not allowed me to drive the car home before it was fixed
