I started having problems with the display, asking me to reset my pen and displaying a QR code and nobody in Service or Sales would help me or call me back. The problem began immediately after the service to that same display due to a safety recall. I finally figured it out on my own.

The service was to be oil change, but the car only has 1500 miles on it. So Eduardo didn't want to to the agreed apon service, which was changed to a tire rotation. The said service was to take a couple of hours, but it turned into 4 hours. I received a completed service notice with the report at 10 am but I was not notified that the car was ready to leave until 11 am. The car sat in the back lot waiting for Eduardo to finish up paperwork. Is this normal? The customer service communication is lacking on how long the service will take and needs more training. The service appointment was at 7:15 and I left at 11 am for a tire rotation, something is seriously wrong.

I made an appointment and yet it said it would take 3 hours for service to be completed. An oil change only. They offered an uber home and then when car was ready i had 2 Ubers cancel and at this time it was close to 5:30. I ended up paying myself because i couldn’t get thru on phone. No one answered and couldn’t get a call back. Really bad for service. The uber cost me 14.00 and i was told no reimbursement at all. Alan seemed overwhelmed and rushed me off phone as well.

I was expecting a normal 45 min to an hour oil change/tire rotation. I waited for 3 hrs without any updates or explanation that it would take longer because they didn’t have the filter for my vehicle. I had even asked for a status update through the link that was texted to me and there was no response.
