The service advisor was fine as far as scheduling and timeliness. However, not everything was inspected for the service. Wipers were not checked, for example. I could tell because my windows were filthy and the wipers were never moved. Also, he tried to sell me a service I clearly didn’t need (I inspected the part when I got home). He would have been better to sell me the wiper blades that I need.

Over the past 4 years, I have been charged that should have been covered by my Platinum plan. Second, I have waited hours for decisions regarding my maintenance program, Thirdly the latest is my tires which apparently you don’t acquire anymore. I was told to go to Discount tires and buy some. Or, it was suggested I buy a different tire than what is on the vehicle. Who drives a car with different tires? How do you offer a program that doesn’t support the product? Lots of issues.

I was sent home via Uber arranged by your team, but when my vehicle was ready, I only received a text saying it was ready for pickup. No return transportation was arranged, and when I replied asking for assistance, my message was not acknowledged.
This lack of follow-through and communication was frustrating and unexpected.

Original appt was scheduled for Tuesday at 3:00. Upon arrival at the dealership, was told that my appt was scheduled too late in the afternoon to complete the service that day. Why didn’t someone communicate this to me before I took time out of my day and left work to come to the dealership?
As a result, rescheduled for Thursday at 10:00 in the morning. After being told my car would be serviced, waited over 2 hours, only to be told that the parts were not available for the service. Again, why wasn’t this communicated to me before I came to the dealership? And once I arrived, why did I have to wait over two hours to find this out?
Extremely frustrated with my experience here, and will not be purchasing a car from this dealership in the future.
