Kelly was great and just doing her job. The service took almost 2 hours and 45 minutes. I asked for my car not to be washed and it was washed anyway and looks absolutely horrible. I made an appointment so this would not be an almost all day event. Between driving there and back and waiting as long as I did it did make it an almost all day event. I will not be returning to Lee Hyundai for service.
