Sherry was exceptional. My wife and I were more than satisfied with the experience. She had a mechanic come out to answer all our questions. She also introduced us to a sales guy named Andy that was very helpful to us in looking at an SUV while our car was serviced. We will be back and plan on doing business with him soon on trading our Sonata. The wait was long but the customer service we received was well worth it. My wife and I both work at an employee owned Security integration company that empowers all employees to exceed customer expectations and it is our directive from leadership to never have to ask to do what we fill is right for our customer. When you get an oil change, your fluids are topped off. This is the 3rd time that I've noticed that my windshield wiper fluid and coolant fluids were not topped off. I also noticed that my engine was running really loud after my tune up. One of my recommended services were to change the cabin and engine filters. I had already purchased new ones so I was going to change them the next day. Note to techs, when putting filters back after checking them, please ensure that they are in correctly and secured. My cabin air filter was not all the way in nor was it closed in correctly. Once I changed both filters and secured them properly, my engine sounded a lot better.

Like I always say, Lee Hyundai does a wonderful job. Again, I am so excited when I go there to pick up my car and it's cleaned. To others it may not mean much but to me it means a lot. The customer service is fantastic. I bought my wife a new vehicle from there and they gave me a fantastic deal. When it comes to auto dealerships I think Lee Hyundai it's got everyone beat hands down. Their customer service sets an example for others to emulate.
