Declan provided exceptional service today. He was kind, patient, and courteous. I had a few questions about services being offered and he was able to explain what the services were, how they would be completed, the importance of each service, and which he would prioritize. I ultimately chose to approve one of the two services. He then had my vehicle taken back immediately and the service was completed. My final comment will be on how meticulously he inspects the bill. He found a discrepancy in how I was being charged and made sure to correct the bill. Declan made this whole process from start to finish stress free. I truly enjoyed doing business with Lee Hyundai's service department today. Thank you, Declan!

Kellie was great, very friendly and knowledgeable. My only issue was the time it took for my car to be done. My appointment was at 10 AM. I dropped off my car at 9:30 AM. And even though I responded to all messaged right away, it took 5 hours for my car to be done. Kellie did inform me of a delay and she did apologize for the long wait. This is not a negative reflecting her service. Just a general issue I had at this visit.
