I waited 2 hours to learn my car hadn’t even been started. There was no communication from Kelly. She told me when we chatted in the beginning, that if I chose to get the fuel system service it would take 2 1/2 hours. I told her I wasn’t prepared nor did i have the time for that. I would have expected far less than a 3 hour oil change. Other service persons have communicated about delays and progress of my service. That did not occur at all today. It was a frustrating experience.

She explained what might be a possible issue and that might be an easy fix, which it was.

Service advisor Declan Callahan was spot on,by letting me know was was going on with my car and getting the parts order for repairs to be made.
My problem comes when I go to get a loaner car and I give them my license and car insurance and I am told I have to give a credit card before I would get the car. I have never done this at a dealership in my life. This has left a bad impression on me to where I will not buy any car from lee hyundai,I was looking when mine was being worked. The saving grave of the day was my salesperson Any and a Mr.Mike Kohler had me in a loaner in 5 minutes with no hassles great job guys!!!
