I set up an 8:45 AM appointment at your facility to have the tires looked at as one of them was leaking. I was informed that two tires needed to be replaced along with two rotors. I patiently waitied with my eight month old daughter. I did not get my car back until 3:45 PM; seven hours after bringing my car in the morning. I understand that repairs take time, but seven hours despite having an appointment ahead of time? I work at Womack as a doctor and I ended up missing a department meeting while waiting (Womack is too far for the courtesy vehicles, even if I could get one I did not have access to my daughter’s base to secure her car seat in a vehicle. I also saw a rather large fire burning a vehicle in the garage. While this could contribute to the wait time, I was surprised the the waiting room (which had seven people including myself and my child) was not told to evacuate. I am happy the fire was put out safely, but fire can spread very fast and posed a serious risk. Overall, I was disappointed with my service. Between waiting seven hours for everything to get done and the fire risk, I really wished things would have gone better.

I never received the key for the wheel locks. I did not realize I needed a key until I needed to get a tire repaired!!! The service of my vehicle was otherwise good but I am disappointed about his key issue because I have to buy new locks to get the tire repaired!! I never received the key and searched the car for one.

My service tech was fine. He was responsive and listened to my concerns. He was always quick to return my calls. The person in charge of the loaners/rentals had the worse attitude however and if she hates her job that much she should quit it would be easier on everyone. She had an awful attitude and was less than helpful.

Car has been running awful since the oil change, spark plug change, and new brakes. Set me back 1,100 to have my car running like this. It sounds like a lawn mower when it starts. I’ve had this car since 2021, it has never sounded like this when starting and it started the morning after this service!! Took it in again and they said everything was fine and they “checked everything.” Took it to another place because my fuel economy has been going haywire along with starting up sounding like a lawn mower and I knew something was wrong even if Lee Hyundai service center claims it isn’t. Well, the oil was overfilled by 2 quarts!!! I called to let them know and asked for them to fix it ( hello, yall created the problem, it’s the least you could have done) and they said they’d “leave a message with the service advisor and he would get back to me.” That was days ago. And that overfilled oil probably damaged the spark plugs they just changed which I don’t even know if they needed to actually be changed in the first place, the service schedule for my car states not till much later and I wasn’t shown proof that they actually needed to be changed. They contact me for a survey but don’t contact me when I say I paid for a service and you botched the service and ghosted me when I call and ask for it to be fixed! I have no trust in this service center anymore, I already was losing trust after they said I needed an AC service in October. This is the same service center that told me I needed a transmission flush then when I schedule it and take time off work, after they get the car back there they say it says don’t flush on my transmission. There’s only so many “ it’s a mistake” type accidents one service department can have before it’s an issue of competence. And when it’s a vehicle that I use to drive my child in, I’m not putting my faith in anyone at Lee Hyundai service department ever again.
