The actual service of my car was great as always. The reception when I got there was not the female agent that was on the floor in the service department greeted me by saying somebody will be with you. You just stay right there like I was a child. I did not appreciate that which is why I was standing in between the two cars when somebody finally help me

Kellie was great. However, waiting 5 hrs for the service to be done is unacceptable. I will not be returning. This is not the first time I have had to wait multiple hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I replaced the cabin and engine filters myself but was sent a text that they needed to be changed. They were not even looked at
