Would like to have phones numbers lined up with the vehicles we have there to better schedule and have Fidelity. Service tech Declan -AWESOME…. Pay cage person incredibly rude. Specifically told me at 0729 am through the glass we don’t open until 0730 and then proceeded to open door at 0734 I gave up and went into the bay door opening when they opened. Seems admin people seem to ruin the service department experience.

Your mechanic didn’t know what he was doing. I got three different phone calls. He got my vehicle mixed up with. I guess somebody else they had just checked my vehicle last week last Monday. I paid over $5000 to get my car at the shop and order the thing and she said it told me transmission fluid was full all of a sudden today First he said it was gonna be 300 and something for transmission fluid. I needed then went from that to $800 so my thing is he didn’t know what he was talking about but I’m going to get a second opinion and I’ll let you know.
