I was not please with the vacuuming of my car. This is the first time that my car was not vacuumed out. It looked as though the vacuumed my passenger said, but my driver side was not vacuumed. The overall service was excellent with the oil change and the inspection.

At arrival I was told that I needed to have the fuel injection service which is over $300 every 15,000 miles. So I agreed, also sharing that I don't have a clear understanding of what services I need at certain mileage points, and that I had the service done in February of this year. When my car was done, the service was not completed and Kelly shared I really didn't need it. Another issue I then spoke to her about is that at the last multipoint inspection a few months ago, my entire break system needed to be serviced, again several hundred dollars, which I decided not to do. On Friday, the multipoint inspection revealed no issue with my breaks. Clearly if there had been an issue, it would not have fixed itself. This leaves me not trusting any service recommended by service providers because it appears to me that these services are simply made up to earn commissions. This is not okay! No one has money to throw away for a service that isn't needed! I need to be able to trust you. I did have this conversation with Kelly and she assured me I could trust her. I will also say that the only service provider whom I trust is Tilita, unfortunately I did not get to work with her on Friday. I have been a customer with Lee Hyundai since 2016.
