They couldn't help with the reason my tire deflated. It was gonna be 3-4 hour wait. So I went to Walmart to take look at damage tire, it's only had 8000 miles on it & you don't warranty it

My appointment was at 9:15. I got their on time and was escorted to the waiting area. No one came to say anything about anything. After 4 hours I went to the window and asked how much longer it would be. She took my name and said she would ask the service advisor. Then I get a text that my car is finished. For a procedure that should have taken no more than 2 hours, why did it take 4 hours. And why was I getting notifications on my phone that my car was unlocked? That only happens when my car is moved. Why was it moved 4 times. Every time I would get the notification I was thinking it would be done. I truly think they forgot about me.
