Length of time waiting was awful! I arrived at 1:15 for my oil change and tire rotation and it wasn’t until I went up to inquire about my vehicle at 4pm and as when everyone was moving quickly to get my car done! However Rose was very apologetic and took care of my service costs however I did notice my tires were not rotated and I will have to go back when I can get there to have that done! This was a first time incident like this that I have ever had to deal with normally it’s good services

I booked an appointment for 7:30am so that our car would be one of the first ones in. Waited over 4 hours for a transmission flush and no one would update us on the car. When we asked the final time, the guy that was to update us hours before rolled his eyes, finished voice-to-texting on his phone, then continued eating his popcorn as if we were inconveniencing him. We will never be bringing our business back for maintenance on our vehicle.
