Well , after our initial conversation I was hopeful but that turned into shock because after 4 days I get a text message that says that I need to have my car towed off your lot , so at my wits end and accepting that I’m gonna have to pay dealer pricing to get my car fixed the only feedback I get is tow your car off my lot , no list is issues it could be no possible fixes , needless to say I am very unsatisfied

Austin was fantastic. There was a lot of inappropriate behavior from the check out counter and Haley, I believe was her name. They complained about a "friend of suntrup that was a pain that didnt even buy their car from suntrup that was getting $200 off for no reason." And "can you call this guy? He's a talker, nicer but a talker. You will have to rush if off the phone." Not great for other customers to hear. Austin was awesome though!!!

Tom was very helpful, friendly and professional. My husband used a walker and Tim brought my car into the diverted area so he didn't have to walk very far. He also offered to put his walker in the car for me. Wonderful service!
