Austin made the experience the absolute best one I’ve ever had with the service department in the 7 years I’ve been using Suntrup Hyundai. His conversation skills are above and beyond. Never a bad experience there, but Austin was simply the best.

One thinggI would like to see changed is when you pick up your vehicle, why can’t they just give you the keys?? I always have to wait about 15-20 minutes for someone to bring my car to me. Super annoying.
